Leslie (Webb) Janiak is owner and head trainer offering over 20 years of experience in the hunters and jumpers with Championships in both at top AA circuit horse shows. She trained with several top riders and trainers in the country. Leslie was employed by the great George Morris at Hunterdon Inc. as a rider, gaining great knowledge and experience with lessons from George and aiding in schooling top horses and riders, along with Chris Kappler and Jeff Cook.  From there, she went to ride for Chris's sister, Katie Kappler and her Kappler Farms. There Leslie rode for four years winning numerous championships at AA circuit shows throughout the country from Chicago all the way to WEF in Wellington Florida on customer owned horses. ​

Oxford Farm was purchased in 2005 and began the greatest opportunity for Leslie. With 14 years as owner and head trainer at Oxford Farm she molds beginners into experienced and knowledgeable riders. She trains and sells high quality horses and ponies for various buyer specifications.
